A few days we were all just waiting to get our hands on the latest model of Samsung’s Galaxy series, the Galaxy 7. But it seems now that people just can’t wait to get their hands off of the flagship phone, because apparently it’s exploding. No, not in a cool “oh my god this is awesome” kind of exploding. Literally exploding.

Samsung is said to be globally recalling the entire range of Galaxy 7 phones as soon as this weekend, after reports show that the battery of the phone is at fault, as it seems to be blowing up on being charged. The phone was launched just two weeks ago, as an attempt to take over the upcoming iPhone 7 series. But looks like their strategy has blown up in their faces, literally.

I guess Apple won this was, without even trying.
